WILDINGS COLLECTION - LICHEN PENDANT WITH TOPAZ

Inspired by a remarkable natural partnership, this piece captures the beauty of lichen. Teamwork between a fungus, algae, and bacteria allows survival in the most extreme environments - a lesson to us all!

The cup lichen is hand-carved in wax, then cast in molten sterling silver and polished to a high shine, allowing light to travel smoothly across its contours.

A green topaz is set at the base of the pendant, mimicking the greens and greys of many cup lichen.

The reverse of the pendant is flat and mirror-polished. It is hallmarked as solid silver by Goldsmiths Assay Office in London.

Suspended on an 18” sterling silver wheat chain, chosen for its strength, fluidity, and comfort against the skin.
