I‘ve been asked why I feature my English Pointer, Bella on a creative jewellery website. The answer is simple.
Jewellery is gifted as a commemoration, making memories, visiting a special place, a moment in time never to be forgotten. It’s a mark of love. As I create pieces of jewellery in my workshop my dogs are a constant friendly presence, waiting patiently for that moment when the tools go down and we venture out onto the farm. If it takes 5 minutes or 5 hours, they wait, watching with penetrating eyes, longing for that moment. For every ounce of creativity I expend in perfecting a ring or pendant, my Pointers expend 10fold in their diligence and earnest anticipation!
Every piece you see in my shop is made alongside my beloved friends, so I give recognition to their devotion, in a small way, by featuring them on some of my pages.
